- Preheat oven to 425°F, grease a baking sheet
- Mix together ham, mozzarella cheese, blue cheese, celery and pepper

- Bake strudel until lightly brown, about 10-15 minutes.
- Reduce temperature to 375°F. Bake until golden brown, about 30-45 minutes more. Transfer baking sheet to a wire rack to cool slightly.
- Cut into servings and eat.
