  4. Simmer 2-1/2 more hours.
  5. Remove giblets & neck & discard.
  6. Strain into pan. When turkey is done, pour dripping, not fat, into pan.
  7. Whisk with flour til smooth into stock.
  8. Simmer, add milk. I don't. Then serve.
