  1. Grind matar and keep aside
  2. Cut cheese in small cubes
  3. In a mixing bowl put grinded matar,chilli,lemon juice, chopped coriander,chat masala,roasted cumin powder ‎salt red chilli powder and mashed paneer and mix well and make smalls balls
  4. Stuff the balls with cheese.keep aside
  5. Now in another bowl put all purpose flour and add some water and make smooth batter and add miri powder
  6. Take semolina in other bowl and mix chopped Coriander and keep aside
  7. Dip the stuff bolls into the batter and coat the semolina mixture evenly.
  8. Heat oil in kadhai and fry the balls
  9. Now teasty matar cheese balls are ready ‎serve with sauce and mayonnaise
